  pretty disappointed with the service. got a 10 minute interior, guessing they used dry rags because as soon as i got home, I was still running my fingers along the dash and picking up dust. steering column had visible dust all over it. watched an employee pull my Uber decal out and throw it alongside my car, waited the whole time to see if they would put it back (they didn't until prompted), acted surprised that the decal (alongside my car) was mine. car was still dirty after two trips through the wash (the 24hr return is nice, if it worked). if it weren't for the vouchers I was gifted (now seen as money wasted) I would have just done it myself. wouldn't recommend.

  Overall not bad at all, good value for money. The only thing they need to learn how to use properly are the compressed air hoses. It's designed to remove the leftovers of water and soap from your mirrors, but since they don't use them as intended, you end up with residue on your doors and windows, after it drops from your mirrors. Had to ask them to pat more attention to this detail, but looks like they don't really understand the whole concept of compressed air.

  POOR..POOR SERVICE!! I was very disappointed by the service provided at this location by Delta Sonic. I purchased the car detailing service '30-Minute Superior Interior '. In 10 min, they pulled my car out and after chatting with their buddies around for 5 min, they said my car is ready(* I had kept a phone stop watch on to see how long they take). I was watching all the activities they are doing from outside. After completion, I looked at the car and the basic mud stains on the mat were not removed. I was mad because they are taking money for 30 min's for detailing and not doing enough to clean your car. This is very poor example of service. After my few words with manager there, he tried to clean the car again but why at the first place it was not done. I just felt like they are fooling me around.
